We wildly underestimate the value of stepping out of our day-to-day, spending time in community with other founders, and investing in our own professional and personal growth.

This is why we gather.

Because in saying yes to this retreat, you are saying yes to giving yourself the time to think, reflect, and grow. We don’t take that lightly.

Unlike other retreats, when we gather in Q2 we’ve known each other for months, we know what keeps you up at night, and what your vision for the future is.

No Q2 Retreat is the same.

We build the program, and invite the speakers and mentors, all based on your needs. It’s not what we think an early stage founder needs. It’s what we know you need.

OH, AND IT’S IN A CASTLE

Kilkea Castle to be exact, an hour’s drive outside of Dublin.

What’s included in your stay:

  • Transport to and from Dublin Airport

  • 3 nights single occupancy accommodation at the castle

  • All food and drinks

What’s not included:

  • Airfare to and from Dublin airport

The Format

  • Stepping into the experience, you'll arrive at the historic Kilkea Castle. There will be time to settle into your accommodations and explore the grounds before joining our evening's welcome reception and activities.

  • Industry experts join our gathering for deep dive workshops and 1:1 mentoring in the morning.

    We take to the castle grounds in the afternoon for some group activities and we'll have dinner together at the castle (with a twist)

  • Distribution Day! Our goal on day three is to give you access to potential customers for your company.

    You'll be able to pitch them your offering and get feedback on why they would, or wouldn't become a customer.

    We'll end the day at a local pub where we can continue the conversations and connections

  • We'll spend the morning reflecting on our learnings and setting a plan for what we'll focus on when we return to our day-to-day.

    The last transfer will leave the castle at 12PM to return to Dublin.

Details

By selecting the Virtual + Retreat path you are getting all the activities in the Virtual track as well as signing up for a 4-day and 3-night retreat in Ireland April 28-May 1st.

Your Founder Council will consist of founders who are also in this track so that you are able to meet up in person with your Council in Ireland.

Cost: $5,800 annual dues
