No, that’s not a typo.

Founder Councils not only becomes a circle of trust with your peers but it is also a foundational support system where we hold each other up and help each other through the hard things.

This is where you come to talk about the shit you can’t share at dinner parties.

How it works

  • Clarity first: Before each gathering we’ll help you map your current challenges and get clarity on what will be most useful to bring to the group.

  • New inputs and perspectives: Every quarter you will gather (for four hours via Zoom) with your selected peer group to discuss your biggest challenges of the moment. A facilitator will guide you through the process. Everyone will have a chance to share their challenge, as well as contribute their perspective to their peers’ challenges.

  • From Aha’s to Action: After everyone has shared, your facilitator will guide you through a reflection exercise and help you in turning the insights you received into action.

  • A resource: Your core circle is made up of a maximum of 6 founders, but the Council Community is a global network of early-stage founders all invested in helping one another work through their challenges. In between your quarterly meetings you will be connected with your peers through Slack and

The Format

  • The first step is getting clear on what your core challenges are. Accepted Founders will have a 1:1 session with our team to map out the core challenges you're facing right now..

    Yes, we do this every quarter – challenges evolve and so do we.

  • Your peer group is formed! We will place you in a group of 5-6 other founders with a dedicated facilitator. Matching is based on company stage, challenge, and expertise to ensure maximum value.

  • Every quarter, we gather.

    Once a quarter, we come together for four hours to tackle our challenges. Each founder gets the chance to share their challenge and receive valuable insights from the group. In turn, they also provide insights into their peers' challenges.

  • For those that want to take it a step further we will also match you with 1:1 virtual mentor meetings to help you move through your challenges even more.

Each Founder Council has a maximum of 6 founders.
